Might be, especially for people who don't know. I could put RX-7 badges on my 944 and I bet someone would fall for it... -_-

Either that or people making things what they aren't because they wish they had it even though they can't afford it. A false sense of living perhaps.

I've never understood this. Whether it's something simple as putting M badges on what is clearly a 540 or 328, or something more ridiculous like Ferrari badges on a Mazda. Are they fooling themselves or others or both?
